SFE Steam Sterilization Autoclaves find wide use in microbiological laboratories, research institutes, and ambulatory clinics and in all those applications in which high quality reduced overall dimensions are required.
Equipment’s Dimensions and Technical Features allow their installation inside the laboratory with no particular difficulties in positioning and connection.

CONSTRUCTION -: Vertical double walled design, has single chamber for steam & water
- Lid flange & bottom sheet also made of SS all joints Argon welded.
- Joint less silicon Gasket. Heavy duty industrial flange heater.
- Lid fitting Pressure gauge 0-30 PSI, Safety spring loaded Pressure valve, and Steam Release valve.
FEATURES -: Foot lifting arrangement is provided in ACL04 C/D/E/F Basket made of thick stainless steel (SS) rod wire mesh.
SAFETY-: Safety high Pressure release valve.
SUPPLY -: 230V AC Single Phase, 50 Hz.
STANDARD MODEL -: Inside SS 304 mirror finish & Outer SS 304 mirror finish.
TEMPERATURE RANGE -: 121° C TO 125° C
PRESSURE RANGE -: 15 to 22 PSI, factory set at 15 PSI.

Requirement for Installation
- Place the chamber where ventilation is good.
- The chamber must be operated in an ambient of 22◦ C ~ 30◦ C.
- Leave minimum 1ft. Space from the sides and leave 2ft. Space from the backside.
- Place the chamber horizontally levelled.
- Give stabilized electric supply (230V ±5%, 50Hz, 1 Phase, 20 Amp). It is recommended to use a voltage stabilizer (KVA).
- Proper grounding of the chamber to get satisfactory operation of chamber.
- Use of Soft water or D.M. water for humidity formation is recommended. Use of hard or salty water will damage the boiler heater.
- Do not test any product in the chamber, which is capable of generating combustible mixtures.
