Heating system Easily removable U-shaped jacketed air heaters connecting with Teflon wires.  Interlocking for preventing the operation of heating system without air circulation. The heaters will be placed in the conditioning plenum such that there is no direct radiation from the heaters on to the test specimen.

Refrigeration system Emerson make compressor with Air-cooled refrigeration systems.  Ozone friendly refrigerant R-404a sealed compressor provided for low temperature.  The system is provided with adequate safety protection against excessive and low pressure and temperature.  Pressure gauges provided to indicate suction and head pressure.  HP/LP cut off switch and overload protection for the system, Oil separators with oil return & hot gas defrost system.
All refrigeration components like expansion valve, driers, oil separators, pressure gauges and vibration eliminators provided. Reputed company make like Danfoss – Denmark, Wika – Germany.

Door & Gasket Robust type hinges fitted on the right hand side of the chamber with front opening single door. Leak proof double lined silicon gasket will be provided. The inner surface of the door will be provided with pre – polished stainless steel and will be mounted such that conduction is avoided.

Viewing window Toughened clear glasses sealed with silicone and separated by spacers to form a completely vaccumised window. Defogger heaters will be provided with an auto cut – off. Suitable lighting will be provided to view the specimen under test.
