CURING OVEN

SUN FOODS EQUIPMENTS offer a range of Curing Ovens that are ideally suited for the curing of composite materials.

The Curing Ovens are constructed from a powder coated heavy duty tubular frame fitted with painted panels. The interior chamber is made from mild steel coated with aluminium, with stainless steel chambers available as an option.

Each Curing Oven is fitted with a microprocessor digital controller with dual display of set point and actual temperature as standard.

Alternative controllers are available on request.

All Curing Ovens have fan circulation and are heated by sheathed incoloy elements around the fan.

A range of safety features including spark proofing, fume extraction and explosion relief panels are available on request.

1) ELECTRICAL CURING OVEN

This heat treating Oven are used for a variety of heat treating applications. Precision microprocessor based temperature controls and energy-saving insulation maximize the performance of these rugged units built for long, hard, continuous use.

Oven construction:
Oven has a strong outer frame of 200 x 200 mm fabricated angles. In this frame insulation cassettes with 150 mm resin bonded wool insulation having inner and outer walls of CRCA sheets will be fitted. Another angle frame will lock the cassettes from inside. This construction allows any further extension, modification easily. Also due to this construction, cassette expansion at high temperature is compensated and sheet war page due to thermal shocks is minimized. Thicker insulation gives less heat losses and fuel saving. Heater box generally will be of top mounting type and incorporate centrifugal blowers for air circulation, Heat exchanger and Burner.
