  • Construction-: Double walled construction with backside triple.
  • Insulation-: 3 inch Thick PUF Insulation ensures stable temperature with humidity & reduced energy consumption.
  • Observation Door-: Full view observation Acrylic door with gasket to observe sample inside the chamber.
  • Heating System-: High quality S.S. Tubular Heaters are used for better heating.
  • Air Circulation -: Motorized Blower at back side of the chamber develops unique air flow system which ensures maximum uniform temperature humidity condition inside the chamber. Unique air flow assures quick recovery after door openings
  • Humidity System-: Steam injection humidity system none condensing, with water level arrangement.
  • Blower Motor-: 1/12 HP, TEFC, F-class insulation, Single Phase, 1440 RPM, 230 Volts.
  • Photo Stability Effects-: Fluorescent tube for day light effect and UV tubes for Ultra Violet ray in accordance to the ICH guidelines requirement of a lightning energy mounting to 1.2 mil lux per hours and integrated UV energy share of 200 Watt Hours per mtrs2.
  • Safety Features-: 1) Additional safety thermostat to cut of dry heater supply in case temperature of overshoot. 2) Float switch to cut off the wet heater supply in case of low water level in the reserve tank. Audio & Visual alarm. 3) Compressor ON delay timer (2min) to safe guard the compressor.  4) In built over load protector provided for hermetically sealed compressor. 5) After opening the Door UV light automatic switch off.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

REQUIREMENT FOR INSTALLATION

  1. Place the chamber where ventilation is good.
  2. The chamber must be operated in an ambient of 22◦ C ~ 30◦ C.
  3. Leave minimum 300 mm. Space from the sides and leave 600 mm. Space from the backside.
  4. Place the chamber horizontally levelled.
  5. Give stabilized electric supply (230V ±5%, 50Hz, 1 Phase, 20 Amp). It is recommended to use a voltage stabilizer (KVA).
  6. Proper grounding of the chamber to get satisfactory operation of chamber.
  7. Do not use pump water, pressured water or hot water for water connection. Water supply from an overhead water tank where the water pressure should not be more than 15 PSI is recommended.
  8. Use of soft water or D.M. water for humidity formation is recommended. Use of hard or salty water will damage the boiler heater.
  9. Do not test any product in the chamber, which is capable of generating combustible mixtures.
