VACUUM OVEN

  • Construction-: Vacuum Oven is made of stainless still (S.S.304) inner and thick gauge Mild steel (CRCA) sheet duly epoxy powder coated outer body. Temperature achieved by heaters mounted outside the chamber to consume working chamber.
  • Insulation-: (Circular) – 3 inch High grade glass wool Insulation to minimize heat loss.

                     (Rectangular) – 4 inch High grade glass wool  Insulation to minimize heat loss.

  • Heating System-: Heating element made from the best quality kanthal DSD wire is used to develop unique temperature inside the chamber.
  • Door -: Toughened glass window in door to allow viewing of samples inside the chamber.

Secure door latch and continuous silicon gasket on vacuum chamber provide a tight seal & maintain a vacuum leak rate of less than 1 Hg. per 24 hour period.

  • Safety-: Safety stand by thermostat to cut of dry heater supply in case of overshoot of temperature.
  • Supply -: 230 V AC, Single Phase , 50 Hz
  • Trays -: Stainless steel shelf systems improve heat conduction to samples & easily removed for cleaning.
  • Standard Model -: Inside S.S.304 mirror finish & Outer Mild steel (CRCA) sheet with powder coated.
  • Temperature Range -: 50°C to 250°C
  • Temperature Accuracy -: ± 0.2° C.

REQUIREMENT FOR INSTALLATION

  1. Vacuum pump required – Double stage with 200 LPM, 1HP, 1440 RPM, V-BELT DRIVE.
  2. Place the chamber where ventilation is good.
  3. The chamber must be operated in an ambient of 22◦ C ~ 30◦ C.
  4. Leave minimum 50 mm. Space from the sides and leave 300 mm. Space from the backside.
  5. Place the chamber horizontally leveled.
  6. Give stabilized electric supply (230V ±5%, 50Hz, 1 Phase, 32 Amp). It is recommended to use a voltage stabilizer (KVA).
  7. Proper grounding of the chamber to get satisfactory operation of chamber.
  8. Do not test any product in the chamber, which is capable of generating combustible mixtures.
