CONVEYOR DRYER

SFE Conveyor dryer is continuous through-flow drying equipment for drying breathable good sheet, strip, granular materials, the dryer has fast drying, high evaporation strength, good product quality advantages.

Suitable for the drying of granule products, marine, carrot, mushroom, green vegetables, bell pepper, garlic, pumpkin, sweet potato, bamboo shoots, products, etc.

The materials are uniformly load on the mesh-belt by feeder. The mesh-belt uses generally mesh stainless steel screen and it is drawn and moved inside mesh belt dryer by a transmission device. The drier is composed of several units. For each unit, the hot air is circulated separately. Temperature in each unit is separately controlled.

Drying process is: hot air passes through the mesh-belt from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top, and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process. The air pipe of the top is connected with fan, one part of air is circulated, some exhausted gas is discharged with a special moisture exhausting blower, and other waste gas is controlled through an adjustment valve. The unit amounts can be selected according to the demand.

FEEDERS

OSCILLATING SPREADER

Hydraulically or pneumatically operated oscillating boom with conveyor belt to carry the product to the feed point.

ROLLING EXTRUDER

Used to convert wet, paste like materials such as filter cake into small extrusions. These feeds provide shapes of uniform cross-section that are distributed across the conveyor to furnish a porous bed of product that can be readily dried.

HOPPER FEED

For many free-flowing products, the economical Hopper Feed can evenly distribute the material on the conveyor at desired depth. A handwheel provide easy adjustment of a slide gate to control the product flow.

OSCILLATING SPOUT

Mounted on the dryer feed end, the SFE Oscillating Spout is used to evenly spread a product across the conveyor width. Low in cost, this unit can feed and extrude or pelletize product onto the conveyor for uniform drying.

Mounted on the conveyor, this system uses a gas flame to burn off material sticking to the conveyor plates. This cleaning system can be used at intervals to prevent the product from reducing the drying efficiency.
